Check on yourself

So there is a concept of going back to basics, and I believe there is something very powerful in that concept. This phrase is associated with very strong adjectives like ‘essence’ and ‘foundation’. And I feel like I forgot how to do that. I sometimes feel life is moving so fast that, to be honest, sometimes you forget to check if you are actually doing the basics. Or maybe I am just underestimating the power of the concept. So I want to go back to basics and check on myself, And I encourage everyone who is currently not doing that to remember to go back,  because let's be honest, no one has got you the way you've got you. Not even family!  I want to start reflecting on myself my actions and choices align with my authentic self by asking the check in questions below:  Did I do something for ME today? To just take time to do something that makes me happy. It could be reading a book, going for a walk,or simply relaxing relaxing in the couch. For me a good podcast episode have been

Let's deal with rejection.

Rejection can be a harsh blow for most of us. According to Verywellminds.com, the fear of rejection tends to impact our ability to succeed.
